Post Challenge

Still making green smoothies. Still drinking loads of water. Trying to rid of the sugar once and for all. Today's lunch I tried cooking quinoa for the first time. Kena try lagi next time bagi rasa sedap lagi. Today is quinoa with spinach and mushroom.

 

And I made a 🍏, 🍐, 🍋 & chia seed smoothie for today.
