Day 24: 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge

So harini memang confirm takde green smoothie. Makan sayur lebih. Breakfast mixed greens and one hard boiled egg. Then perut tanak duduk diam tambah omelette with mushrooms, tomatoes & chilli.

Lunch is smoked salmon with organic tofu. I'm thinking is there's too much salt in smoked salmon?


Those onions though 😖 I just can't chew on raw onions! 

Also had a fresh green apple juice (and made sure to mention no sugar!).
