Day 23: 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge

Because it's hard to get a green smoothie here, I increase my greens intake to breakfast and lunch. Breakfast still buffet kat hotel with the family but I chose healthy. Had green salads with two hard-boiled eggs and a green apple.

Lunch was at the famous Kapitan. Pening sikit. Last-last makan sayur kobis and kacang panjang with udang and ikan. Ok laaa, at least tak melantak cheese naan and beriyani. 

Snacking on green apples. And will finish some leftover green smoothie yang bawak dari rumah.
