Day 10: 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge

10 Days!!!

No soda, no sweet drink, no fast food, no junk food, no processed food, no bread, no rice, no chocolates to name a few... I finally have less bread cravings now, still there sometimes, but sangat sangat minimal. I read somewhere the really bad cravings is all because of sugar. The body getsand  mind gets addicted to sugar so we get really bad cravings for it. After the first really bumpy few days, its was a hard first few day truthfully, the cravings kind of dwindle down. 

Today 3 out of 4 kids are at home with caugh and flu. Orders of food come in non-stop. It is hard to make pizza for the kids and staying in control to not munch on some after smelling the cheese come hot right out of the oven. Susah k, but I did. 

Todays morning smoothie and green smoothie is pretty much the same as yesterday.

Morning Smoothie
Chia Seed
Fresh Milk

Green Smoothie
Green apple

I wanted to make something with eggplant and homemade tomato sauce for lunch today but since the kids are home I had to be quick in the kitchen. So I just put veges together and topped it with yesterday's guacamole.
