Heart Healthy

Trying to cook more healthily but susah gak nak memikir menu when I'm so used to cooking using santan all the time. Hard to stay away from the deep fried stuff too sebab dah biasa. Hmmm... nampaknya oven tuu makin kerap dipanaskan lepas nii?

Guess have to surf the net to get more ideas.

Someone needs to lower their cholesterol level before it gets worse.

yup! kita tgk jugak kat situ... tapi tuu laa... susah gak nak tukar kalau dah suka makan ayam goreng hari-hari nii ;-)
