Day 13: Green Challenge

No pictures today. But I did good.

Had a banana and a smoothie in the morning.

Spinach and eggs for lunch.

A bit of chicken and spinach soup for dinner.

Smoothies in between.

Day 10, 11 & 12: Green Challenge

DAY 10 & 11

Haaaaa... weekend jer semua ke laut. Memang no green smoothie ke apa ke. 

Went out in search for teppanyaki. Tiba-tiba tekak teringin. Makan tanpa rasa bersalah ­čść­čść­čść 

Tapi lepas free and easy weekend pagi tadi timbang boleh pulak turun beberapa ratus gram. Yeayyy!!!

DAY 12

So today kembali ke pangkal jalan. Healthy green food (and drink!).

Brunch. Eggs, spinach & sambal bilis kering pedas. Super yummms.

Day 9: Green Challenge

Started the day with yesterday's green juice.

Then had a really good brunch. 

One baked egg cup. One omellete. Side of green veges.

Still sipping on yesterday's juice.

 


Day 8: Green Challenge

Such a lazy day.

Same smoothie all day.

Sedap jugak.

And this for late late late lunch.

Day 7: Green Challenge

This morning buat almond milk lagi. This time tapis. Banyak jugak serdak rupanya.

Malam snacking strawberries and blueberries. Tengah musim so murah sangat. Selagi murah kita makan.
